Magnolia Homes has received Silver Award honors for the Best Outdoor Living category at The Nationals™, NAHB’s largest and most prestigious awards competition.
NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) recently announced, Magnolia Homes, as one of the Silver Award Winners for The Nationals™ new home sales and marketing awards that recognizes home builders, developers, associates and consultants.
The Best Outdoor Living space category was judged based on how the outdoor space enhances the livability of the indoor space and floor plan. Entries were judged on concept, creativity, and impact of design and finishes as they related to the target market and sales success.
Magnolia Homes award-winning outdoor living space incorporates a total of approximately 4,000 square feet. This includes a 700-square foot screened porch featuring vaulted ceilings with planking, infrared heaters, a 22’ tall brick wood burning Isokern fireplace, the latest in sound technology, and concrete pavers for the floors. Beyond the four-season retreat is a stunning swimming pool with a generous ledge and adjacent hot tub incorporating a luxurious waterfall. A well-equipped outdoor kitchen is graciously tucked away yet has convenient access. The kitchen features a grill, beverage fridges, and professional vent hood.
“We are extremely honored to be recognized for the design,” said Reggie Garner, Vice President of Magnolia Homes. “We focus significant efforts on designing an outdoor environment that our homeowners can enjoy for entertaining or gathering with their families.”
The Nationals salutes and honors the best in the building industry for their determination, integrity, creativity and endurance.
Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the Gold Award. Gold Awards in each category will be presented as part of the International Builders’ Show, the awards ceremony on February 19, 2019 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas which is expected to draw more than 1,000 attendees.
“The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales,” said Kelly Fink, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.”
