Continuing Education Course on New Home Construction
We had the honor of hosting an incredibly fun and educational Continuing Education Course last week for some of Memphis’ real estate agents! This was a free course for real estate agents that was hosted at Memphis National Club House and covered an extensive amount of information on new home construction.
This course was taught by Bobby Mink, a NAHB speaker, trainer, and business management expert, who took us into the world of new home construction, covering topics such as New Home Construction 101, standard construction techniques, pre-construction decisions, builder decisions and development, critical path, communication, design selections, and SO much more!
We had the very best time! We also had incredible sponsors who made it possible for us to bring this course to life. Our guests also benefited from incredible giveaways – wine, giftcards, mugs, hats, cutting boards, and even an entire Silestone slab!
We sure did enjoy such a great day with the local Memphis real estate body!
