Exciting news!!! We are thrilled to be celebrating the FIFTEENTH (15th!!!) year of our Showcase of Homes event! We started this event back in 2010 with the desire of opening our doors for all to experience the difference that Magnolia Homes has to offer its buyers. Our homes are built differently – we provide quality, intentionally-built homes from start, to finish, and beyond closing with our extended warranties. We are so proud of the homes we build and the incredible homeowners we build for and want our future buyers to see this for themselves!
While we celebrate nearly 40 years in homebuilding and 15 years of this event, we have a few things to make this year especially meaningful! We’re showcasing our homes in 4 of our communities, each unique in the amenities, locations, home sites, floor plans, and charm they have to offer! We’re offering incentives for our pre-sale, in-progress, and completed homes that are AMAZING, including some that could save you hundreds per month if used towards a rate buydown!
In addition to our limited-time incentives, we are also giving away TWO tickets to the Mid-South Balloon Festival hosted in Rossville, TN this year! We’ll be featuring this giveaway on our social media platforms the week of September 8th – stay tuned!! While you’re out enjoying the festival, stop by our stunning Rossville community, The Villages of Saunders Creek! We will also have Mr. Perry’s Ice Cream Truck visiting our Oak Hill and Cypress Grove communities the first weekend of the event, where we’ll be giving away treats to the first 25 guests each day! As if it could get any better…. We’ve got more! We’ll have the opportunity for you to enter to win a $250 giftcard when you vote for your favorite home! Voting will be available in each of our model homes.
There’s so much excitement around this event!!! The best part is that we’ll be open for TWO weekends (September 19-21 & 26-28) celebrating Live Life Well®, so if you can’t make it one weekend, we’ll be thrilled to see you the following weekend!!
