Magnolia Homes takes gold & silver at the 2025 Aurora Awards!
Magnolia Homes is pleased to be announced as winners in two categories in the 2025 SEBC Aurora Awards! Established in 1979, the Aurora Awards recognize excellence in the building industry across the Southeast! These prestigious awards celebrate outstanding achievements in a variety of categories.
We are thrilled to announce that we are the GOLD winners of the Best Single Family Detached Model Home 2,500 to 5,000 sq. ft. for the stunning home located at 660 Bushwillow Lane. This model home (which is also an available home at time of publication!!!) was intentionally planned with exquisite details, charming design, and is on a coveted homesite with front row views of the pond and fountains.
In addition to being gold winners, we also took home a SILVER award for the Best Bath Design of a Model Home, presented for 660 Bushwillow Lane! Our main objective in creating the primary retreat in this model home was for our buyers to gain inspiration and envision what their own dream home could look like! This home truly has all of the characteristics of a dream home and we are thrilled to accept these awards!
