Administrative & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Proficient in working with and managing all social media marketing mediums, SEO, PPC, and all other affiliated digital marketing programs
• Improve on conversion, content, design, and usability of the company’s website
• Assist in managing any redesigning and updating needs of the company’s website
• Assist in managing the company’s digital and social marketing campaigns
• Present and implement monthly marketing calendars including social, digital, and eBlasts
• Assist with producing and implementing weekly blogs
• Greet, assist, and provide general support to visitors to the office
• Handle online product and brand campaigns towards raising more brand awareness
• Track the marketing improvement and campaign rate and be ready to make necessary improvements in digital marketing campaigns of the company
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
• Utilize secure entry system to screen and permit visitor entry
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Cover the reception desk when required
• Ensure refreshment Welcome Center is stocked
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
• Resolve administrative problems
• Receive, sort and distribute the mail
• Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
*Some Saturday hours may be required

Requirements:
• High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or other releated field preferred
• Experience with digital marketing programs, SEO, PPC, social media management
• Experience and understanding with online best practices, strategies, and marketing concepts
• Microsoft Office and Adobe proficient
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Desire to excel in team-oriented environment
