Magnolia Homes is always seeking self-motivated new home sales agents to join their Magnolia Homes Sales Team in Germantown, Tennessee. Our sales team members are motivated, professional, appreciate quality, willing to work weekends and holidays and have a desire to learn, implement and follow a new home sales process. No Prior Experience Necessary! Magnolia Homes offers comprehensive training and personalized guidance to give you the tools and knowledge you’ll need to get your foot in the door in new home sales.
Position Requirements
Assist the builder's sales person in duties of coordinating all aspects of presenting homes to prospective buyers.
Provide excellent customer service to sales agents and prospective buyers.
Establish rapport with prospective buyers to determine their immediate housing needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional dress and demeanor Desire to excel in team oriented environment
Reliable transportation
Flexible schedule: Willing to work on the weekends
