She treats every home as if she were living in it herself. Magnolia Homes recognizes the importance and value of a 10-year limited structural warranty. To ensure that your home maintains this level of quality, we offer a Quality Builders Warranty (QBW) 10-year limited warranty, that is backed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, as well as a standard 1-year warranty that covers standard maintenance as your new home settles and experiences its first year post-build.
We have increased the value of your warranty on your new home by using Day 1 coverage, the most exclusive warranty coverage, provided by Quality Builders Warranty. It is important for you to know that your home is covered from day one, at closing, free from major structural defect (definition in your warranty booklet) for the next 10 years.
